Monica Geller

Monica Geller played by Courtney Cox is Ross’s younger sister, who use to be fat but has since lost the weight.  Her best friend is Rachel Green.  She is a head chef at a first class restaurant but has been in and out of jobs throughout the series.  Her first long relationship was with Richard her families eye optometrist 21 years her senior.  They break up because he did not want anymore kids and she did.  She got together with Chandler Bing, Ross’s college roommate/best friend, during a trip to England for Ross’s second wedding.  At the end of season 7 Monica and Chandler tie the knot.  She and Chandler adopt twin babies from Erica because they couldn’t have their own babies.  Monica’s personality is high strung, she has OCD like symptoms with perfectionism and cleanliness.  She is also very competitive and freakishly strong.
